It’s widely acknowledged that factors including stress, anxiety, menopause, pregnancy, advancing age and other conditions can significantly contribute to hair thinning or loss. Such changes can deal a serious blow to our self-assurance.
However, beauty enthusiasts are singing the praises of a ‘life-changing’ hair serum that not only encourages hair growth in just a few months, but leaves it healthier and thicker, too.
UKLash’s Hair Growth Serum, which the brand launched after the success of its eyelash and eyebrow products, comes in two sizes – 50ml and 30ml – and is a non-greasy formula that the brand claims makes hair ‘longer, fuller and healthier hair’. While the serum usually costs £40 for a 50ml bottle, the brand is currently running a site-wide sale that sees up to 35% off its products and bundles.
This means the Hair Growth Serum has been reduced to £32 for the larger volume and £23.20 for the smaller, saving users 20%. Created with input from biologists, the formula is backed by science and has been crafted to stimulate hair growth and reduce hair loss., reports the Mirror.

Engineered for maximum results, UKLash’s serum uses clinically proven actives to repair and protect the hair at its root as well as its strands. AnaGain™ (ie Pea Sprout Extract) works together with Phytic Acid and Turmeric to stimulate follicles at the scalp, while Lemon Fruit Water is added to fortify the hair shaft against breakage. This, as the brand states, ‘works fast to provide 85% improved regrowth, 95% reduced hair loss and 95% healthier-looking hair’.
It’s loved for being quick and easy to use, too. It only requires a few seconds to apply as users only need to add a few pipette drops directly to the scalp before massaging in. For use once or twice a day, those who have specific areas that need targeting can do up to four smaller drops.
Users who want to up the ante with their hair journey can turn to the brand’s The Hair Serum Booster Set, which, along with the serum, comes with an Advanced Scalp Dermaroller, which aids in boosting absorption. UKLash explains: “The Advanced Scalp Dermaroller gently penetrates the scalp to stimulate collagen production, activate hair follicles, and revitalise the root environment.”

Shoppers have been raving about the results garnered from this 4.4 star hair growth serum (Image: (Image: UKLASH))
The results speak for themselves, with the serum alone racking up more than 1,500 reviews on UKLash and an impressive 4.4-star rating, with one user sharing their journey: “I was experiencing hair loss at the age of 22 from stress. My scalp was literally see-through. I came across this product as I use the eyelash serum (results have been incredible), every single item that I own, I use daily, and it has built my confidence for both hair growth and not wearing lash extensions anymore.”
Another hailed: “I must confess that I was a bit sceptical, having tried quite a few hair growth products which didn’t work and….. I was truly surprised! Just using the small bottle, my hairdressers noticed strong regrowth, and naturally wanted a link to this product! I am now going to buy the larger bottle! At my age, 74, it’s not a small miracle.”
Someone else shared the disbelief at their own results and wrote a glowing review, which read: “I started using the hair serum 3 months ago and have been really impressed by the difference to my hair. After a month or two, I noticed that my hair felt thicker….I have really fine hair. Recently, I took a photo of my hairline and was pleasantly surprised at how much it had filled in my bald patch, which I was really self-conscious about. My hairdresser has noticed the difference in how much thicker it is, too.”
Now, while many have experienced ‘amazing’ results, with a large number citing how it’s helped them ‘get my confidence back’, for a small number of people, the serum hasn’t delivered a monumental change, with one user noting: “I have menopausal hair and was hoping to gain some body to my hair however I have not seen much improvement even though I have been using the serum for three months.”

The brand did reach out to this reviewer and shared some tips: “We’re sorry to hear you’re not seeing results from our Hair Growth Serum yet. Please continue using it consistently, as persistence is essential. Usually, it takes about 12 to 18 weeks to notice results from any hair growth serum. The growth cycle for scalp hair is slightly slower than that of eyelashes and eyebrows, so patience and regular use are crucial.”
It added: “This allows your scalp and hair follicles enough time to absorb the active ingredients, leading to longer, stronger, and healthier hair.”
If this particular formula hasn’t hit the mark, however, there are a range of products that have also had rave reviews from shoppers. For example, Champo’s Pittagrowth serum, £46, is an ‘advanced trichological hair growth treatment harnessing Caffeine, Creatine and Ayurvedic Haritaki Extract’. It’s benefits result in a reduction in hair loss and shedding while visibly improving hair’s thickness and fullness.
Elsewhere, for something a little more budget-friendly, Hair + Me’s The Drops for hair growth come in at £14.99, down from £34.99. Used in line with a personalised hair care plan, the drops help restore density, stop thinning and reverse hair loss.
