Boden’s long floaty dress with pockets is ‘absolute perfection’ – four

Luxe high street retailer Boden has launched an online sale ahead of summer, with savings on lots of seasonal fashion must-haves such as dresses and tops. 

One of the highlights of the sale is a floaty maxi dress with pockets. The Amara Embroidered Jersey Dress was originally £120 but is on offer for £90 when shoppers use the code 7N7G at the checkout.  

The frock is available in four hues: teal, red, pink, and black. It’s available in sizes 4-22, with size availability varying depending on which hue consumers pick.   

Boden’s Amara Embroidered Jersey Dress has puffy sleeves, a V-neckline and functional side pockets. It has a delicate embroidery pattern on the sleeves, neckline and hemline. 

Similarly, Nobody’s Child has a host of whimsical summer dresses, including this cream and red floral printed maxi dress for £120. It has long sleeves and a thick belt around the waist to add shape.

Fashion fans who would rather opt for a sleeved dress might look to Roman, where one of its most popular frocks is this floral, ruched-waist maxi dress. It is priced at £48 and comes in sizes 10-20. 

Boden’s Amara Embroidered Jersey Dress has a host of glowing customer reviews, with many praising its floaty shape and summery design. One five-star reviewer described it as ‘absolute perfection’.

The customer added: “The fabric and embroidery quality is excellent. It is heavy and well-made, but still very comfortable. I love the pockets, and the length is just right, hitting just above the ankle (I am 5’4″ for reference). I got several compliments the first time I wore it!”

A second liked the teal hue but wasn’t pleased with the material, saying it was ‘too heavy for summer’, continuing: “The cut and flares from waist down make it a little frumpy also.
