Below Deck Med Recap: Aesha Reveals She Sucked Milk Out of Friend’s Breast

Below Deck Med‘s Aesha Scott made a surprising revelation about trying breast milk — straight from her friend.

During the Monday, January 5, episode of the hit Bravo series, stew Kizzi Kitchener told Aesha how she “always” wanted to try breast milk. Aesha shared her own experience after she “sucked milk out of my friend’s tits before.”

“It was really nice, actually,” she noted. “It was very sweet. The milk comes from everywhere. I thought it came from the slit and your nipple. It comes out of all of the holes. I don’t even know that [they ]have that many holes.”

Aesha continued: “It’s fascinating. It’s like a rain shower. I was pretending I was being a little lamb and I was [sucking] straight from the teat. It is so fun.”

Below Deck viewers aren’t surprised by Aesha’s revelation since she’s known for her unfiltered commentary. She previously opened up on Below Deck Med about sending photos of her bowel movements to fiancé Scott “Scotty” Dobson.

“When I do a really big one, I like to show Scott. He doesn’t like it, but I do it anyway,” she shared in a July 2024 episode. “Every time I send him a photo of my poop, he says, ‘Honey, you really don’t need to send me that.’ He could try saying thank you.”

Off screen, Aesha shared a story about having to “finger” poop out of a shower drain for a charter guest.

During a January 2025 episode of Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen, Aesha was asked about the grossest thing she’s done while working on a boat, to which she replied, “I’m not here to judge, but the most disgusting thing I’ve done with a guest is finger their poop out of the shower plug hole. That’s probably not the best experience.”

The chief stew elaborated after host Andy Cohen seemed confused. “They pooped in the shower and they didn’t want me to see it, so they stomped it into the drain hole and put the drain cover back on thinking it would just leak away,” she recalled.

Aesha continued: “But that’s not how plumbing works, and we had a flood. So I sniffed it and then I discovered it [in the shower].”

Earlier this season, the guests appeared on the show in an episode where Kizzi went to clean up — despite one couple telling her not to visit their room. She tried to do turnovers regardless, which is when she sensed an odor in a bathroom. Kizzi then stumbled upon poop in the shower — and Aesha had to come help her stew out.
