Woman gets plastic surgery makeover so dramatic she ‘needs new passport’

A woman has undergone such a dramatic facial transformation that some believe she may need a new passport.
Choosing to get plastic surgery is a massive decision, with factors such as risk, cost, and recovery time all playing a role. It’s also important to remember not all insecurities or self-doubts can be resolved by a surgeon’s scalpel.
If you’re considering cosmetic procedures, it’s crucial to ensure you’re well informed and confident the decision is being made for your own benefit, not for anyone else’s. It’s certainly not something to be rushed into.
While there’s absolutely nothing wrong with ageing naturally, lots of people still wish to delay or erase signs of ageing on their faces, or go further and alter features they’ve never been particularly fond of. When done well, plastic surgery can provide patients with a renewed zest for life, boost their self-esteem, and help them feel more at ease in their own skin.
A woman named Josephine travelled to Turkey for a dramatic makeover that left onlookers astounded. The transformation was shared on Instagram by Este Istanbul, a company that promotes itself on social media as a provider of facial plastic surgery, dental treatments, and cosmetic products.
With 640K followers on Instagram, Este regularly wows its audience with some of its more dramatic transformations. In fact, some are so extraordinary, they lead some social media users to suspect the transformation is a hoax, created by artificial intelligence or enhanced by filters or other editing software.
Este showcased a stunning array of photographs charting Josephine’s dramatic transformation following extensive plastic surgery. The aesthetic clinic captioned the post: “Josephine underwent a transformative journey at our clinic, where she had rhinoplasty, V-shape jawline, mid-face lift, under-eye rejuvenation, and upper eyelid surgery four years ago. To further enhance her results, she also opted for CO2 laser resurfacing.
“Her dedication to maintaining her beauty and the expertise of our team have resulted in stunning, long-lasting outcomes that continue to highlight her natural elegance and youthful appearance.”
Social media users took to the comments section to express their awe. Compliments ranged from “beautiful work” to exclamations of disbelief. One person even said: “Wow. She needs a new passport.”
Another, in reference to Josephine’s neutral facial expression in the imagery, quipped: “I’d be smiling if I was her”, while someone else remarked: “From Grandma to GLAM MA”.
Another person compared the before and after shots and said: “It’s like mother and daughter”.
While many followers hailed the clinic’s skills as “genius” and expressed envy, wishing for similar makeovers for themselves, not all feedback was positive. Some voiced concerns over the extent of the change, with one comment reading: “Is the goal to not be recognised by your grandkids?” Another added a touch of humour to their bafflement, asking: “What the hell is happening in Turkey. Sorcery?”
