Having the show sold out in Philadelphia ensured that, with only 30 seats left for Friday, Sherri was undoubtedly riding high on waves of excitement. The actress-turned-comedian thanked her followers through her Instagram for their support in buying tickets and invited them to the show: “Come & get your laugh on & give me a hug!!!”

Responses were filled with adoration, with bursts of nostalgia and hilarious confessions flooding into the comments section. One thinker remembered something of her work days on Good Day with Mike and Alex, calling her “Sis,” with a long string of fire emojis; another confessed, “You get on my nerves, however, I love you so much,” and added, “btw, you look BOMB Hun.”
Oh, the outfit garnered plenty of compliments! Several said, “gorgeous.” Others said, “gorgeous and cute.” Next came the jokes: “Cute dress let me borrow!!!!!!,” then jokingly accusing her of shortchanging the audience back in the Bethesda Jazz Club.
Some, however, veered from the subject of fashion. Distracted by political moves, a user took to ranting about Democrats, Republicans, and flood victims—something that only showed the internet remains that wild card even beneath Sherri’s celebratory post.
Some, however, cut through the partisan madness. One fan said, “Queen 👸 I can’t never stop looking at this Amazing beautiful woman,” thanking her for blessing the world with humor and good vibes, while another shouted their love for her Paula Madison in Mr. Iglesias.
The spirit of Sherri went viral—even in writing. Someone said, “I have a feelin on my bones that she gonna slay those Philly shows,” and the others were more than glad to say, “yesss Ms. Sherri… better than ever!”

Once again, between adoration, mayhem, and random political rambles, it becomes obvious that Sherri’s famous following is just as colorful as her brand of comedy. And if a sold-out show is anything to go by, they’re here for a lifetime—as in, laughter and maybe some payback for that dress!
