Olay’s viral anti-ageing serum is now 50% off at Boots

Olay has launched a new Super Serum Night Repair to deliver five skin benefits in one step. As a nighttime version of their sell-out Super Serum, the dermatologist-tested serum is here to correct fine lines, firm, renew  and hydrate skin with deep moisture – all while the user sleeps. 

Currently the serum is available at Boots on a half-price promotion for £19.99 instead of £39.99 and it claims to deliver visible results in just seven nights. A P&G consumer study showed that 100% of women confirm their skin “looks smoother, brighter and healthier” in seven nights of use of the Super Serum Night Repair.

So what’s inside the Super Serum Night Repair? It has pro-vitamin B5 to promote soft, supple skin, niacinamide to speed up skin cell renewal and glycerin to boost moisture retention and strengthen the skin barrier.

NUXE is another brand that offers a blend of anti-ageing benefits, their Super Serum Universal Anti Aging Concentrate, which is stocked at LookFantastic for £45 instead of £65, brings a more luminous surface that seems plumped and smoothed, while after a few weeks the look of fine lines and wrinkles begins to fade.

Despite the glowing reviews, one Olay shopper left a lukewarm comment and said: “My skin type is combination so I started only using it on the dryer parts and missing out my T-zone, it just made the other parts greasy. It obviously depends on your skin type and we’re all different. I think this is more suited to dry skin.”
