Netflix fans are in for an exciting treat, as the streaming giant brings to life some of their favorite shows and movies served up in a platter, or poured over a glass.

After a successful six-week pop-up in Los Angeles back in 2023, where the restaurant was fully-booked and became the most searched restaurant in LA, Netflix Bites Vegas has officially opened its doors at the iconic MGM Grand Las Vegas with a one-year culinary residency, so fans can enjoy the magical screen-to-table experience for a longer period of time.

“It’s Vegas, and part of the reason why we wanted to work with MGM is we can really bring things to life, in a bit of a fun, over the top way,” says Josh Simon, VP of Consumer Products at Netflix. “There’s an ability to truly create these storytelling moments in a very compelling way, in Vegas specifically.” Simon adds that MGM felt like a “natural fit” given they are some of the best restaurant and entertainment operators in the world.

One of the highlighted dishes and drinks in the menu is the Squid Games-inspired “Red Bite, Green Bite,” which features a spinning wheel and the infamous Young-Hee doll in the middle choosing your fate — a.k.a the hot sauce you’ll glaze over your chicken tenders. There’s also the “Pink Soldier” cocktail, infused with Botanist gin, Jinro Plum Soju, prickly pear puree, Choya Ume Shu, lemon juice, and whipped foam, to create a Squid Game-inspired cocktail that puts Korean soju in the spotlight.

There’s also Stranger Things’ “Eleven’s Feast” — chicken and waffles brought out from Eleven’s obsession with Eggo on the show. The twist they created for this dish is that it’s served on two tiers, with major color contrasts representing the normal world and the “upside down.” For the drink, guests can enjoy the “Mind Flayer,” that has Maker’s Mark bourbon, lemon juice, blackberries, St. Germain, Giffard Crème de Mure, ginger syrup, and a cotton candy lightning cloud.

Fans of Bridgerton will be delighted to hear that they can have that elevated, high tea experience with a three-tiered tea service, including finger sandwiches, scones, and pastries themed to the favorite families of the ‘Ton – served with a paper menu designed by Lady Whistledown herself.

There are a multitude of experiences to embark on at Netflix Bites, located at the MGM Hotel and Casino Las Vegas. The restaurant will be open daily for breakfast and lunch from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. and for dinner from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday -Thursday, and 5 p.m. to 12 a.m. Friday and Saturday.
