M&S shoppers say ‘cosy’ zip-up cardigan is ‘great for autumn’

Marks and Spencer is always a great place to look when it comes to cosy winter knits, and one piece is currently flying off the shelves.
The fashion retailer’s checked cardigan is a hit among shoppers looking for their new favourite layering piece this autumn.
Made in a wool blend for a “luxurious feel,” this cardigan has a collared neckline and double-way zipper that gives it a modern touch. It comes in a biscuity nutmeg shade with a checked white pattern all over.
Retailing at £40, the cardigan is available in sizes XS to XL, with customers claiming it “fits true to size”.
But those wanting to snap one up for themselves should hurry; at the time of writing, size XL is already out of stock, and the cardigan is selling fast, with over 100 purchases online in the past five days, reports Birmingham Live.
Shoppers are loving the cardigan, with one saying it’s “soft and cosy, perfect for the colder weather”. Illustrating how easy it is to style, she added that “it looks great with the chocolate wide leg jersey trousers.”
Another said they wished “it came in other colours” as it’s “so stylish”. The same review also said that it “still looks new” after being worn and washed.
A third shopper appreciated the practicality of the design, saying: “I like the fact you can split the zip”.
The same review highlighted the “only downside” with the cardigan, which is that “it can bobble a bit.”
However, they had a solution for this minor issue: “Thankfully last winter I invested in a de-fuzzer to remove bobbling off worn clothes.”
