Kylie Kelce Praises Taylor Swift’s ‘Incredible’ Drive

Kylie Kelce is offering more insight into her dynamic with brother-in-law Travis Kelce’s girlfriend, Taylor Swift.

“The drive is incredible,” Kylie, 32, said on the Thursday, March 6, episode of her “Not Gonna Lie” podcast. “To be able to witness it at all is very cool.”

Kylie has gotten to know Swift, 35, since the pop star began dating Travis, also 35, in summer 2023. They met for the first time the next year at an NFL playoff game.

“I will say, we knew before everyone else knew but it was not, like … it did not hit the group chat,” Kylie recalled on a February episode of the “Call Her Daddy” podcast. “[My husband, Jason Kelce,] and I found out together, but we knew before they hard-launched with her going to a game.”

According to Kylie, she had not been “avoiding” Swift by not meeting ahead of the Kansas City Chiefs vs. Buffalo Bills game in January 2024.

“It was funny to me because I kept saying to people, ‘I didn’t meet Travis for probably close to a year when Jase and I were dating,’” the field hockey coach explained, adding that she and Jason, 37, have since enjoyed double dates with Swift and Travis.

All of the interactions proved to both Kylie and Jason that the pop star and Travis have a sweet connection.

“I remember the first time he said he was hanging out with her and I remember just being, like, ‘Are you kidding me? You’re hanging out with Taylor Swift, like, that’s insane [and] that’s awesome for you,’” Jason said on “The Steam Room” podcast in February. “You meet a lot of people [and] I think this felt different. What also felt different is the way he talks about her and talked about her from the moment he was with her.”

He added, “You could tell how much he really, really liked her right from the get-go and just first impressions. I think that level early on of that was something that was very eye-opening to me when we first had discussions.”

Jason, Kylie and their eldest daughters — the married couple shares Wyatt, 5, Ellie, 3, Bennett, 2, and are expecting baby No. 4 — have also supported Swift when she embarked on her Eras Tour. The Kelces attended concerts in London and Miami, respectively. (Jason and Travis’ parents, Donna and Ed, have also hit up multiple performances.)

“This Miami show was incredible,” Jason said on an October 2024 episode of his and Travis’ “New Heights” podcast. “I don’t know if it’s the fact that we’re back in the U.S. — I think the London crowd was incredible — but the rain and everything, dude, it was on another level.”
