Royal fans went wild over the princess’s style choice and praised her for wearing the “colour of the season” however, some of them were not impressed with the nude top she opted to wear underneath.

One user wrote on Instagram: “Nice to see her back to work. The suit is nice. LOVE the earrings. But the top under her jacket just doesn’t work.”

A second one agreed: “The top’s color (sic) is too close to her skin tone, it’s giving shape-wear.”
