Kali Uchis Releases Leaked Fan Favorite ‘Muévelo’

The song is a demo from the singer’s 2024 album Orquídeas that has been shared across social media
Kali Uchis has dropped a new song, “Muévelo.” A holdover from the singer’s 2024 LP Orquídeas, the track has been making the rounds on social media after a partial leak emerged. Uchis decided to share the song after numerous fans called for her to release it in its entirety.
“for my final act of self love this year i will release this song bcoz prior to tonight it was a demo leaked against my will!!!” Uchis wrote on Instagram. “k disfruten y k la persona k se detuvo a leer esto Dios lo proteja siempre a ti y tu familia Amén.”
Uchis’ most recent album, Sincerely, arrived in May. She followed it with a deluxe edition, Sincerely: P.S., in September. The latter album featured collaborative single “Cry About It!” featuring Ravyn Lenae.
In a review, Rolling Stone described the LP as a “vulnerable meditation on motherhood, her own childhood, and the challenge of holding opposing truths with equal care.” The review added, “It’s all there, together: love and hurt, heaven and earth, birth and loss.”
The singer wrapped her first North American headlining arena tour in September. The tour marked Uchis’ biggest to date, traversing 24 cities and stopping at major venues like the Kia Forum in Inglewood, California, and Madison Square Garden in New York.
She will next bring the tour to South America, Latin America, and Mexico in February, with concerts in cities like Buenos Aires and Mexico City. She is also set to perform at the Hinterland Music Festival in Des Moines in August 2026.
