‘Game-changer’ toilet roll trick that makes your home smell ‘dreamy’

Having a home requires a lot of hard work from keeping it looking clean – and smelling clean. And it doesn’t help when you have any pets or kids running around.
Thankfully, you do not need to spend a lot on these home hacks – and you likely have all of these things in your house already. Taking to TikTok, Millie May Sampson aka @homewithmillie shared with her over 32k followers what they can do to make their home smell amazing – and it seems people are keen to try them with the video itself already having over two million views.
One hack that Millie suggests has to do with your bathroom. Whether big or small, bathrooms can be the first place to smell horrible and if you need it to smell good and don’t have anywhere for air fresheners, you can use your toilet roll. Yes, your toilet roll.
In order to do this, you will need to soak some kitchen roll with Zoflora and wipe it on the inside of your toilet rolls. And just like that, it will keep your bathroom smelling nice.
In response to her video one user said: “I just know your home smells DREAMY” to which Millie replied: “Oh it does!!”.
Other tips to make your home smell good…
1. Add some Zoflora to your sink and dilute with boiling hot water to make the room smell amazing. Shut the door to keep the steam in.
2. Add tumble dryer sheets to all of your pillows – don’t forget the pillows on your bed and clothes drawers too.
3. Mix up your favourite fabric conditioner with some warm water, and wipe this across any radiators in the house – turn the heating on too!
4. Add some fabric conditioner and water to a pan and leave it on a low heat for an hour. A game-changer.
