Becky G, Manuel Turizo Perform ‘Que Haces’ at 2025 AMAs: Watch

Becky G celebrated Chicanos as she won the award for Favorite Female Latin Artist earlier in the night
Becky G and Manuel Turizo brought their dance moves (and celitos) to the 2025 American Music Awards. On Monday night, the star pair performed their song “Qué Haces” for the first time.
The performance opened with a split screen of Becky G opening the song in a club setting, while Turizo walked through the audience before the two made their way to each other and sang together while strutting through the aisles with dancers.
“Tell me what you’re doing this Friday and the rest of your life/Because I don’t have any plans,” Becky sang in Spanish on the flirty chorus as the pair of stars danced with each other before closing the performance with a flirty hug from the back and a cheek smooch from Turizo.
Earlier in the night, Becky won the award for Favorite Female Latin Artist, making her a three-time winner after also taking home the trophy in 2020 and 2021. “I am so honored to be in this category and be one of your favorite Latina artists,” Becky said onstage. “I want to dedicate this award to my Chicano community. Honestly, this award wouldn’t be possible for those who came before us, and I know we share in our struggle as well as our wins. Los quiero mucho.”
Rolling Stone broke the news about the performance last week. “I am so excited to perform ‘Que Haces’ with Manuel at the American Music Awards!” Becky told Rolling Stone. “This collab was a long time in the making, and we’ve been having so much fun creating together! We can’t wait to bring that same energy to life on stage in Vegas!”
Becky also celebrated Latinos when she accepted the award for Favorite Female Latin Artist in 2020. “When I first got signed at 14, I did a cover and I said, ‘It all started when my grandpa crossed over/Now one day I’m a be a crossover,’ and it’s the same,” Becky said. “I still carry that same sentiment, except I don’t have to do the crossover because we are the crossover.”
Along with Becky and Turizo, performers at Monday’s awards show include Gloria Estefan, Benson Boone, Blake Shelton, Lainey Wilson, and Reneé Rapp. Janet Jackson earned the Icon Award, while Rod Stewart received a Lifetime Achievement Award. The 2025 AMAs mark the return of the fan-voted awards show after two years on hiatus. Jennifer Lopez is hosting the show at the Fontainebleau in Las Vegas.
