Alix Earle Teams Up With Poppi For Epic Internship Launch At UT

After one launch after another in Alix Earle‘s striking collaboration with the prebiotic soda Poppi, one can only imagine it to have the energy of Elle Woods. She threw the biggest #RushTok-style party for all the students at the University of Texas in celebration of the newest internship program she created with the company. The post shows Earle exerting herself in a red polka dot dress, raising a can of Poppi high above her head, surrounded by cheering students in purple and white wigs. Imagine thunderclaps of sorority rush mingling with career glow-up-ing!

The internship will be offering some selected lucky ones a chance to work directly with Earle and the Poppi team, with information found in the brand bio. But it is the comments section where things get entertaining. One commented that the whole thing reminded them of Legally Blonde, and you know what? I think that person is right. The pink excitement and pure enthusiasm are all across the board reminiscent of an Elle Woods entrance into Harvard Law. Another joked that they would tell their kids this was the First Lady of the US, which…really, with Earle’s sway, is not that far off.
Enter in a less convinced voice: “Who are you, and why are you on my feed?”; proving that viral fame has, much like any other, its detractors. Meanwhile, a 37-year-old mother asked if she was “too old” to apply; causing that chill of relatability to hit any random soul who’s found themselves scrolling through influencer content wishing that they’d at least somewhat fit in. (Spoiler: Ain’t that the truth, though you’ll have that little crowd to compete with.)
The Poppi love was so epic that fans were raving about the soda and calling the collab legendary. One cannot forget that guy who called it “sht your pants in a can” – bonus internet points for the wild comment. Earle’s response, however, was rather professional; she ignored the drama and kept on with her vibe.
Speaking of vibes, it felt like the sorority nostalgia bomb for some former sorority ladies, with an OU alum stating it scratched an itch for college. Other fans went full-blown stan cheering for Earle to be the next Sydney Sweeney, which… is an odd comparison, but with Earle’s trajectory, not an entirely dumb one.

That post, however, was basically a textbook case of branded content: eccentric and fun, full interaction, and sparkling with Earle’s charm. Career bombshells or Poppi plugs or all the madness- one thing for sure: Alix Earle knows how to make that entrance. And if the internship is even half as wild as its launch, the applicants will be on for a great treat.
