JPay Recreates R Kelly Interview And Twitter Loses It

To recap, JPay has recently released a recreation of the infamous R. Kelly interview, and the internet had THOUGHTS. The swiftly deleted tweet by FearBuck showing a clip went viral, and the responses ranged from outright shock to full-blown roast. Even the video itself is nutty, but the reactions? Even nuttier.

First off, “Kayyyy was not playing: ‘What the fk is gang raping my ears?’ One way to put how nightmareish the audio was on that clip.” Beano had to come say, “Niggas tryna go viral 😭😭.” C’mon! Facts tho. It’s crazy how clout-hungry people are these days.

Not everyone enjoyed it. Anthony came in swinging, labeling the account as “nothing but bullshit,” and C0OLzzz (or BOB) replying, “Considering all that, this shit is ass.” Yeah, I get it, but they could’ve been a little nicersy…Just a little. EverPeak then pondered, “Are we obsessed with sensationalism rather than content?” Wow. REALLY deep for Twitter.

Then the comparisons poured through. Solrida said “It’s new gen Comethazine”, while most others pointed out the dude in the clip looks like a Disney villain. Which…fair. The chaos energy was simply immaculate as UTDShifty said, “This is the definition of cookin here,” summing it up perfectly: “JPay really out here turning prison content into full-blown memes now. Internet stays undefeated.”

Not everyone was in on the joke, though. ChoZen gave us the “Who tf is JPay?” and honestly? Same. Capsizing__ was just over it, saying, “These guys be doing too much for all this clout.” It’s hard to argue.

In the end, I guess that was an epic episode in internet madness. Because whether you think it was the funniest thing ever or just the worst of the worst, by now we can say JPay stole the shine. And in the viral time, that’s all that really matters.

Time to appreciate Daily Breeze for throwing in some random China mentions while they were on the planes topic. Focus, man.

So that’s that. Another day; another weird twitter moment. By this point, just expect the unexpected. If recreating R. Kelly’s interview ain’t proof of online lawlessness, what is?
