Watch Chappell Roan Perform ‘Pink Pony Club,’ Debut ‘The Giver’

Rolling Stone‘s September cover artist makes her first musical guest spot on the late night show
Chappell Roan debuted as Saturday Night Live musical guest with performances of “Pink Pony Club,” from The Rise and Fall of a Midwest Princess, and her new track, “The Giver.”
Rolling Stone‘s September cover artist, Roan recently concluded her Midwest Princess tour. The Missouri native had also been opening for Olivia Rodrigo at the first 24 shows of Rodrigo’s Guts world tour, with the two performing Roan’s hit song “Hot to Go!” in August.
The country-themed “The Giver,” with a fiddle as the lead instrument, comes as Roan has a new album in the works. Five tracks have been completed, producer Dan Nigro said in an interview late last month.
Ahead of next week’s Grammy nominee announcements, Roan’s single “Good Luck Babe!” has been predicted by Rolling Stone to take home Song of the Year.
